Posting pictures as UnLoving said requires you to be at status level "Junior" which can be done quickly by making quite a few quizzes
When your ready, to post a picture you first need its url and then you do this [img ] [/img ] (without any spaces of course) and voila picture :D I will help you more when the time comes if you need any help
