But how would it work? Like, mods-in-training who would have limited power until one mod was removed or quit, and then take over? Like a limit on how many things they can mark as "offensive" each day? And one Junior Mod per Regular Mod, like having an apprentice to a master, so that when the master retired, the apprentice became the new master and got a new apprentince. Anybody agree? Or see my point?

And instead of the blue box saying "Moderator" it could be like, green or purple, and say "Junior Moderator".

It would be like instead of 1 mod click to grey a post and 2 different mods click to delete it, for junior mods it can be 2 junior mod clicks to grey, 4 to delete. Or 2 junior and 1 normal mod to delete a post. It would be really cool. Then I wanna be a junior mod :3

this is a cool idea. in that case, I ELECT MYSELF FOR JUNIKR MOD CAUSE I REPRESENT MYSELF AND I CAN DO SO CAUSE I OWN A COMPANY CALLED MYSELF THAT MAKES MUSIC PLAYERS THAT PLAY MUSIC MADE BY MYSELF AND THE MUSIC PLAYERS ARE ONLY MADE BY MYSELF WHILE I ALSO LOOK AT MYSELF WHILE ALSO THINKING ABOUT MYSLF WORKING OUT TO IMPRVE MYSELF! *gasps for air*

I think this idea is too pre mature considering mods were just chossen yesterday. And everyone needs some time to adjust to everything. But other than that I like your idea but it could use a little twicking
