  Rather than having Junior Mods, I think we should divide the 9 that we have into:
  
  Senior Mods
  
  Mods
  
  Junior Mods
  
  and have re-elections every year to make sure the games stay fresh. Oh, and at every Mod Meeting Senior members of GTQ who are not mods (Alice,Heph Me etc.) Could give our inputs :3
