Definitely the people who have been here for awhile, like over a year at least, because they tend to be more mature and more committed to GTQ.

Mods shouldn't even be able to delete accounts, at least not without some sort of vote or bringing it to the attention of GTQ Guy. Suspending or silencing accounts for a period of time sounds more reasonable.
I'm flattered everyone thinks I'd do a good job, I'm just not sure I could dedicate that much time and responsibility on here. .3. I don't always come on everyday like I used to. -
Even if Mods aren't on constantly, and they only get on for a couple hours here or there, people could still bring things to their attention like how they do now with GTQ Guy. Post a complaint in a thread.
Mods might not be on 24/7, but we are on regularly, and would be actively searching for complaints from other users. -
If that's how harsh banning is..
Well most of GTQ users won't exist. -

^Because GTQ guy can't dedicate every waking moment to this website and there are people here who are willing to try and help out.

Now that I'm back into the gtq groove I think I can handle a task :D maybe we could have mods for every category :) I shall rule with an iron fist >:D

frankly if there's moderators bob HAS to be one. Ana HAS to be one, and ting and tongue are optional but good choices.
Having sat through a LOT of GTQ, those guys are usually on top of things, civil, and frequently on.
