*tell her after you're friends -
-Talk to her a lot
-Be nice
-Smile at her
-Laugh at all her jokes
-Find something you both have in common
-Tease her jokingly, just make sure she can tell it's a joke
-Do NOT be mean to her in any way shape or form, unless it's a joke
-Try to talk outside school and in school -
To be honest,if she likes you she'll like you.And if she doesn't she won't.

Cenarius- girls can develop feelings for a guy, sometimes even within a few conversations. Believe me, we can.

Just try to start talking to her. Make he laugh and smile etc, everything that's been listed pretty much. Maybe she'll develop feelings for you and maybe she won't. If she doesn't sorry dude, if she does then...yay?
