Well, I would talk to your currant boyfriend, and tell him you want to spend more time with him. If he says no, then break up with him and go for the other boy. :3

If you loved your current boyfriend in the first place, you wouldn't have fallen for this other guy, just my opinion on the subject.
If your boyfriend doesn't treat you right, you shouldn't worry about breaking his heart, right? It seems as though he's not too interested in a relationship with you.
However, Vege's advice seems very helpful, you might consider doing that too :3 -
