  Ok, so this guy that lives in my neighborhood named Kyle is letting his friend go to his house and the guy is gonna bring a friend to Kyle's house. The guy is only doing this to play basketball against me and my friend Taylor. The guy however, isn't going to let Kyle play. Do you think this guy is taking advantage of my friend Kyle as well? And do you think I should tell this guy something?

  No, he isn't, if he's not going to allow him to play. You can tell him how you feel if you want.
