@Dave, Her/his heart, because some people have break ups and they get really hurt, it's like a scar in their heart, because when someone who truly loves someone, breaksup with them, it can on for a few months or maybe even a year if they truly love the person... I'm not exactly sure if this is true... Since I never really dated and broke up with someone...

Did you know that if it takes more than 4 weeks to get over a breakup, it means you've fallen in love with them, so even if your brain has forgotten them, your heart won't?
