It's not something to take 'pride' in. It's a part of who you are, and I'm not saying one you feel negative about it. I'm saying that it doesn't make you better than anyone else. Being gay or whatever sexuality, the point should be that you're in love with someone, and you want equal rights as a human being. Not to throw parades about what you're sexually inclined to. ._.
I don't need a pride month, or any of that crap. I just want to be seen as an equal. No pluses or minuses. Any plus I receive I want to be based on my character, my talents, and my work.
And I want rainbows to stop automatically meaning 'gay'. I love rainbows, and I don't see them as a symbol of any sexuality. ._. They're colorful and pretty.
So yeah, this is my rant on the subject. None of this was meant to offend anyone. I'm pansexual myself. -

I don't feel proud. I just wanna be treated normally, like Evan. It seems everyone falls in love with him, but they want nothing to do with me. Yes, I can be mean, but it's because no one ever wants to treat me like I'm another person. That's why I'm glad we met Jiro. I can actually talk to him when Evan isn't around. And the girls are just hilarious...Fujimaru wants to be treated normally too...But I don't think that'll ever happen for him... -
I really think pride parades do more harm than good :\

I agree with Hunty. They also bring out the crazy side in people. I went to one with my dad when I was six. A grown woman flashed me.

I never saw rainbows as anything other than being pretty lights in the sky after a rainy day. :) But sure, I think everyone should be equal no matter what sexuality.
