@ Sam, if it was me in the situation i'd tell him to back off or else, but it's not, make sure that he's actually stalking you, confront him and talk to him if it gets way creepy tell someone influential in your life -

@ Sam, i know how u feel, go to him and explain that you guys used to have great days, moments, but times change and it's time for him to move on, tell him you don't feel the same way (unless you do then it's different)
