Me too, I couldn't fall asleep until 4 am yesterday.

i have no problem falling asleep...i just wake back up in a hour or so... -
My parents wake up around 3 am and are sorta loud. Any light or sound can keep me awake or wake me up. I'm sort of a light sleeper these days. It doesn't help either that I like to save the pitch dark of night for meditating and thinking lol

Lucky u. I haven`t had any sleep 3 days in a row and the worst part is I have cheerleading practice and I`m gonna look like crap.
