  Okay, so, yeah I've been talking about Bobby and stuff. And I think we're way closer than friends just by what we talk about and how we interact. I am 14 and he is soon to be 18, and my friend K is completely against me even hanging out with him. She said it would mess with my brain psychologically. Aaaand we're hanging out at the movies this Saturday, and we're probably gonna watch inside out B)
  
  Yeah, so, I'd just like to hear what you all think. Is it bad? Will it mess me up or whatever? HM?

  Actually if you want my opinion, I say go for what your heart desires the most. If you really want bobby then go to the movies. Nothing is going to happen like your going to get murdered hopefully so you should be fine

  I really tend to think the maximum should be 16 on that kind of relationship. Having someone as young as you in a relationship with someone that much older kind of gives him a worrying advantage.

  The thing is, I don't think he really acts his age. He still plays video games and is pretty outgoing and friendly for someone his age.

  With friendships that much of an age difference is fine, (I mean look at me I have two friends irl and they're both in their twenties XD) But as far as relationships go, I'm really not sure :-/

  Ehhh... I maybe wouldn't. He's almost a legal adult, the age difference is just... I don't know. That's what sets me off.

  I would stay friends. You're both in pivotal moments of your life he's basically an adult and you're a recent teenager, and if you get in this relationship he might be asking for more than you're willing to give. For now just stay friends

  You have to stay friends for now. If you were dating before he turned 18 there is a law that protects you so you can still be in a relationship but I think you missed your chance. Either way, with a little patience plus bravery you will find the perfect one, trust me. If you need any other help, and this goes to everyone, just ask, I'll try to lend a hand, ear or advice
