Well considering im not that popular i would glance at the ground and back up xD. Or i would casually say hi. (At my school i used 2 be good friends with most of the kids who r popular now so i dont get that nervous)

I'm not that popular so I would look up at them, give a small smile and go back to whatever you were doing.

Depends on who it is. The popular kids at my school are generally jerks or my nemesis.
