He likes a girl at our school but she doesn't like him. Plus they always text each other but never talk in RL. So ya, what do I tell him. I'm bad at helping people.
I was about to tell him to grow a pair and that he doesn't need a woman in his life. Especially one that doesn't like him back. :P -
Encourage him to speak with her irl.

I have the same problem.Im a very outgoing and energetic person,but when it comes to a crush,I get shy,and I cant talk to them.I do know a couple boys that like me at my school because I heard them say it behind my back.
