  Just walk up to him and start talking to him about something crazy that happened in the school year or something. After a while tell him you have to go and ask for his number so you can keep in touch. Try it, my friends do it all the time and it works for them.

  but I told him about this time where this random guy asked me for my number and then I have him the number for the SD. (Sheriffs department)
