So, he stares at you periodically?? This doesn't for sure mean he likes you back; maybe he just finds you interesting.
I would chat with him when (but not whenever) you have this chance. If he's shying away, though, just keep some distance.
Try to get to know him a little better as a friend first, still not giving away that you like the guy(unless he already knows XD).
His emotions about you may start to grow for you. It depends on how he reacts to your interaction.

UnLoving NewbieI've been gathering..."evidence"...man I'm starting to sound like my science teacher I swear >.> :p and I'm pretty sure he likes me. We've been in the same classes for like 7 years and he's literally only talked to me like once I swear to God and now he talks to me and looks at me all the time and stuff. Okay I could go on forever about why I think he likes me but anyway thanks so much for the advice!
