I still didn't ask out this one girl, and it sucks, I love her to death, and yet I can't manage to build up the courage to ask her out.
Mabye I'll have better luck tomarrow. -
don't worry hikky, it happens to everyone. it took rick like 7 years to build up the nerve to ask my friend ally out. :) when the time is right, the universe will answer. ...and don't ask me what that means cuz you are the one who decides how you interpret it ;)

that's so sweet. you know, this sounds really cheesy, but you could always practice. call one of your friends over and pretend it's her. that way you know what you're gonna say. :) and it also is really funny for you and your friend

also, a good way to build a relationship is to start from scratch. become friends with her, and get to know her. :) that way she gets a chance to know you too. that gives you a firm ground for the next step.
