Someone who's fun and witty, kind and smart. That's personality sexy.
Tan, blond or brown hair, beautiful eyes and good abs. Sexy for shallow, stupid girls. I like the first kind, personally. -
Guys who are true to themselves and don't feel the need to be something else or macho to impress. Just be yourself and you'll find the right girl.

For me?
Personality-wise, someone who is straightforward and sincere, intelligent, funny, compassionate, well-educated, open-minded and respectful. Someone I can talk to easily, who is generally cheerful and witty.
Appearance-wise, someone who looks elegant and dignified, and very neat and clean. Hair color doesn't really matter to me, as long as it's natural, but I prefer guys with lighter skin. In terms of build, I like men who are thin but athletic. -

Completely depends on the person. For me, guys with dark skin, muscles, dark eyes and lashes, big hands, active/sporty, little sweat (not really sure if that's how you spell it- I mean the drippy stuff that comes out their pores :P), mischeivious smile plus so many more!! :) NOT COCKY!! If they are I see them as a miserable, sad but head!

Personality - Funny, intelligent, Confident (but not over-confident), sincere, compassionate, witty
Looks - Lighter skin, red hair, freckles, green/blue eyes, my height or taller, not obese, not extremely-super-muscly. -

personallity: Funny, but can be serious. Flirty, but not over the top perverted. Kind, but again, not over the top, carrying every single think for me, etc. Likes similar music, or can at least respect my music writing.
and I have two different looks I like:
BLOND: don't really care what hairstyle, but blond. green or blue eyes, tanish, flirtasious(sp) smile.
DARK HAIR: longer hair, blue or brown eyes(preferably blue), paler, possibly freckled skin. -
It always depends on the woman.
Personally, if we're judging by appearance, I like long and lanky guys with dark hair. Eyes apparently don't matter to me anymore. I like older men.
Personality is a biggie for me though. That usually tips the scale saying whether I think they're sexy or not.
There are a lot of guys who are totally my type looks wise but their personality sucks and they end up being total idiots. -

But seriously, I like them about the same age as me. Not younger, not older. Talking about appearance I like lightish brown-blonde hair or just plain brown would do. I love nice eyes!!! He has to be taller than me . I don't want him to be as skinny as a stick because I'm average weight and I'll just look awkward and fat next to him. I like tanned skin or at least something more than pale or fair.
Personality matters they can't be a douchebag.
