Tell her bring it up somehow because I did that with my boyfriend well ex now but she wasn't mad at all. I told her that we were gunna date but be wanted her permission first and it worked.

I havent told my mom that my boyfriend is my boyfriend. Its pretty obvious though. but she keeps calling him my "not boyfriend" XD and claims I said he's not my boyfriend? but I never said that... unless I did before we were going out? but me and him have been going out for 4 months now and hang out all the time and he's met all my family. but eh, depends what kind of mother you have, but if you dont wanna just go out and tell her, wait till she asks. but then tell the truth, hopefully youre allowed to date.
