Name: Fernando Enriquez Vargas
Age: 21
Birthday: Sept. 15 of 1821, independence from Spain.
There's a lot of opinions when it comes to his 'birthday'. One side says it should be May 5, of 1910 because that's when he won independence from France, others say it should be Sept. 15, of 1821 because that's when he was officially called a nation.
In all honestly, I chose they date where he was known as a nation, and no longer a piece of Spain. Why? Well, if you haven't noticed, hardly any one celebrated Cinco de Mayo, though as proud people we should. But seeing that France and Mexico have always been having these stupid wars throughout history, I guess it didn't matter much.
Country: Mexico (Duh.)
Allies/Enemies: Mexico has no allies or enemies, to be honest. He's not a warring country, he respect all international affairs. Now, if you're going to put it in the sense of economic allies, you can simply say Mexico is everyone's ally.
As for Mexico and USA being enemies or allies, they are neither. They haven't signed any mutual-defense treaties. They aren't enemies, either, there hasn't been war between the two in over 90 years.
But, they are close business partners. They respect each other's interests, and that's about it.
Though, in WW2, Mexico was allies with the Allies, (lol what else could I have said.) after Japan's bombing of Pearl Harbor. Before that, Mexico had been debating whether to join the Axis or Allies.
The reason for this, was because Mexico was cool with Germany, Italy, and Japan, and had no problem whatsoever with joining them. Now, when we speak of the allies, Mexico, at the time, has been extremely pissed at America for taking away California and Texas from him, and angry at France, because they had just finished at ten year war. Otherwise, he also had a temptation to join Allies, because of England's previous help on the 'Pastry War' (America and France 'vs.' Mexico and England), though they had miserably lost after America stepped in.
In the end, because of Japan's bombing of America and Germany's bombing of Mexico, he decided to throw the past away and join the Allies.
Parents: Spain is known as 'motherland' to Mexico, and most other Latino countries in North America and South America.
Siblings: Romano and Italia for the lulz. XD This doesn't need an explanation, seeing that it was 'accidentally' done.
Children: When I say this, I mean countries that have formed from early Mexico. And really, every country (very long list, do not feel like listing) that was under the reign of Spain before Mexico declared independence is considered 'Mexico's child' as well.
Pairings: Randomly put here because I felt like it.
Mexico/America will be one of those things you see, because of their constant 'interest' in each other. That, and because they respect each other, whilst Mexico is continuously 'stalking' America. (i.e: Mexico jumping the border into America). Also, Mexico is known to come up to America and ask for help (something the country isn't known to do, Mexico works independently.) in rare occasions. That's why you see the "Gringo-kun! America! Help!" sometimes.
Mexico/France will be something that will also be out there, because of the constant stupid wars and arguments these two have had (Most recent is the one where France and Mexico had an entire argument of a French woman in Mexico jails. Do not remember when it happened, probably back in 2009, but there has been small word that France is still upset over it.). Not only that, but the fact that even then, they've managed to otherwise get along.
Mexico/Spain is also a possibility, because of Spain simply being the motherland of Mexico. There isn't much other reason. One more thing is that these two can be major economic allies with each other.
Mexico/Italy is something that isn't TOO possible, but it will be out there. Hell I saw that kiss meme the other day with Mexico and Italy. During WW2, Mexico was known to be arresting Italian spies in his country. Also, according to what has been seen, Mexico and Italy haven't signed a peace treaty for WW2, but they still get along quite fine.
Mexico/England, and I don't really expect much of this. England has had some interaction with Mexico, but that's about it.
Honestly, it's all a Mexico/The World thing, because as I said earlier, Mexico is technically considered allies with everyone.
Now, when we get to the 'uke' or 'seme' thing, it depends. Mexico is known to have a lot of sadistic people, but at the same time (ever since an interview with two representatives about a year ago), the country has been known to be full of very soft and sensitive people.
It entirely depends on who you're going to pair him up with. If you look at the people of Mexico and mash it up, he'd be seme with someone who was weaker than himself.
(Going a little deeper in this. Why do I make Mexico nervous around America? By this time, the country has learned its place from previous wars it miserably lost. Mexico's army isn't very strong, and with such a powerful nation like America right above him, he can't afford to make America angry. If you've ever notice, even if America tends to rat Mexico out a lot, there hasn't been much of a time that Mexico rats him out. America doesn't tend to help Mexico out a bunch, and since America has been holding grudges against him over the Alamo, whenever America needs some help, Mexico finds it as a perfect opportunity to cool things down between the two. Though either way, they get along well, it's just the grudge.)
Personality: Mexico is known to be a friendly country, but unlike America, it's not made up of immigrants. Though, if you go to Mexico, you see that it's a mix between Mexicans, Asians, Americans, and French people. He's friendly, but at this point he's been very alert as to who goes into his country. He hasn't been too alert on the Asians and French, but more on Americans and Mexicans themselves, because they are the ones that are causing the current Drug Wars.
Mexico is also known to be caring because he offers help to other countries, even if the country is in bad condition. A well known example was during WW2, after the Pearl Harbor attack. Even from recent economic fails and the war between himself and France, he offered America help and gained an important role while helping America out.
Oh GOD now I know why people like USAMex, damn he's gonna ruin all the USUK. Dx
ANYWAY.
Even with being known as a kind country, Mexico is also very violent. It's been less than a week, since I heard on the news that a Mexican woman killed her brother, leaving his body in the refrigerator. Everyday, there are reports on violence going on in Mexico.
Mexico is also a drunkard. I imagine him being as bad or maybe even worse than England, when it comes to controlling their urges. With problems he faces, he turns to the 'blessed darkness where there is no killing', which obviously represents him knocking out after two many drinks. I s--- you not, I have not yet gone to a party where someone has not either vomited or passed out due to the amount of alcohol in their system. And my family is Mexican.
Mexico could also be classified as a minor perverted man. Because of this, I simply say he gets into this state when he's drunk. As a joke, I say it's all the fault of France, who must of passed down such a trait when he still reign over Mexico.
One last thing would be that he isn't the best to always be relying on, because his last bosses have been complete b------s, therefore causing the questioning of whether or not he was a responsible country, when in all honestly, he's much more responsible than America. It's kinda the truth, sadly said.

I personally still like MexicoxFrance, though UsaMex is cute too. Sadly it does interfere with UsUk :o but whenever I like a double pairing I just put the characters in separate universes. xD Or they could just be manwhores. *shot*

@Ana Well, I don't know too much about that. x3 In some ways, yes, others, no. Personally, I like more 'laid-back' versions of Mexico. I would make him more like that, but eh, doesn't fit..
