This is actually based on something true. England was trying to give the United States this statue thing as a show of their dedication to their ally, but Obama told them to take it back. Thus continues my reasoning of Obama being an inconsiderate a--hole. -_-
Anyways, time for ze fanfiction idea! This is what I got so far:
Arthur was angry. Why? Could it possibly be because of that disrespectful, American git? Most likely.
Within the past week the prime minister had given the American president a gift statue of Churchill, as a show of camaraderie between the nations of America and England. The president, however, said for it to be returned.
Arthur knew that sometimes America could be rude and they often argued, but he was amazed at this inconsiderate action. His best ally, dissing their strong relationship like that. Well Alfred wouldn't get off this easy. He needed to be punished.
