Good, but Id add two things to heaven and hell, heaven being that you go there for being a good person, and hell for being a bad person. Just stuff like that.

It was a good quiz but most Jewish people I know from my friend do believe Jehovah is one name for God but the main name they call God is Hashem and or another one I forgot
