Homeschool or Public School- Which is Better for You? | Comments

I got Homeschool, my mum has been looking at it for a couple of weeks and she asked me if I wanted to be homeschooled or not I couldn't decide until I realised that my friends that are actually friends with will still be my friend. Today my cousin came over (He goes to my highschool) and I asked him about about it and he agreed with it because I would still be able to hang out with him and I would still be at the New Zealand Curriculum except for one thing I would'nt have to deal with bullying. I guess you could see it as a challenge but sometimes it just gets so intense and I sit in my room crying and hating my life but then I realise that I have family and I have friends and they would all be wanting to support me through homeschooling. What I have learned from this is that if my friends aren't still friends after this then they wern't real friends in the first place. :)

I got Homeschool, which i already am. Lately tho i really have been wanting to go to public school. I'm just not really sure what to do. I don't have a lot of friends, but i also have gotten bullied. I'm in 9th grade now, so i would be going in to 10th grade when summers over. But I'm really not sure what would be best for me. How do i decide? I just wish i could interact with more kids my age. And i think i would focus better in school. I also wish I could join clubs. I just keeping going back and forth on what i want to do. Comment what you think i should do, please!!!!

Homeschool,I've been for a few years mostly and it's a lot better for me mentally and physically. I have a few health issues so that's kinda why I do it at home instead but it's also nice being in a more secluded area too. Cool quiz mate.

homeschool. probably better than being in my public school. most of the teachers are horrible! but i have lovely friends and i'm never bullied. so i'm cool being in my school.

i got homeschooled, but im in public school grade 9 right now. I really liked grades 7 and 8 but i dont like my school at all now and its really lowering my self-esteem. i really want to be homeschooled but i dont know how to bring it up to my parents.

i go to an alternative school and i dont think i can handle it anymore. am hoping to be homeschooled for my junior (11th grade) year of high school!! i dont have any friends and im super not motivated so all day at school i dont do anything and i totally know my mom will kick me back into shape so im hoping to be homeschooled!!
