I personally like San Andreas.
The fact that this is the first game where you can customize your character.And you can do activities(Exercise,Race,etc)

Next I have to say GT IV,This is the first HD game in the series and brought many more Features
and the main city is liberty city,A city that5 has been in 3 games before and is mentioned in Vice city And San Andreas.
Just one of my favorite ones

The one on Game Boy Advance.

san andreas, it is more interactive and expansive than IV-V and the map is larger
