i may have to redo mine...
meganium: meganium is awesome and completly under-rated. when i had a bayleaf, i challenged the flying type gym. i had doubt in my bayleaf (stevy) but i beat the entire gym with bayleaf ALONE. bayleaf/chikorita/ meganium now has my respect and shall forever attain it.
torterra: torterra is my favorite pokemon, no questions asked. when i first got my pokemon diamond,i had no problem choosing my starter. i saw that turtwig and knew it was for me. turns out, i made a great choice. he eventually evolved into torterra, which can counter any of its weaknesses. torterra has ever since then been my favorite pokemon. (other than absol)
venusaur: once again, another under-rated starter. i dont see why people hate on bulbasaur. he can get past the first two gyms and his moves kick butt. all in all, a great addition to the team.
serperior: grass types plus a serpent. must i say more?
sceptile: NINJA LIZARD!
absol: simply awesome looking and a critical hit based move set. AMAZING overall. -

I've just restarted Pokemon Emerald. Last time, I started with a grass type and did f---ing awesome. Should I go fire or water type this time?
