I just rewatched season 1 and at the end I realized that I had gotten re-attached to Chris. This was when I was curlled up in a ball weeping on the floor. -
David. Tennant. Was. THE. BEST. DOCTOR. EVER!!!! In my mind.
Has anyone seen the TV series 'Sherlock'? Screenplay by Stephen Moffit...Martin Freeman in Dr. John Watson. Sherlocks sounds like the Doctor! Probably because of Stephen Moffit. -
I was practically bawling when David's Doctor regenerated. I miss him so much! *bawling* Why couldn't he have stayed?!

@liz:Yes I have seen Sherlock and I consider myself a Sherlockian. He sounds like the Doctor because they are both awesome:D.
David Tennant didn't want to stay on Doctor Who because he wanted to leave on a high note. He wanted to remember it as being fun, not as a job he had to do.
Sorry, this annoyed me. Stephen's last name is spelled Moffat. -

I just saw the season finale...
And the 8th season Doctor is still Matt Smith (of whom I am not excited to see leave the position as Doctor), but it isn't until NOVEMBER 23RD!!!!! WAHHHHH...... -

bananabread Novice@liz: I LOVE Sherlock one of my favorite show. I think the reason I think that both Sherlock and the Doctor are similar is that they both talk smart in a superior way, even though Sherlock has that more.
Doctor Who is a great show and I will definitely cry when it ends.
