Football players love to say soccer is for wussies. But I don't think so at all. Football players wear alot of more gear then we do. They get hurt, but us soccer players have a higher chance of getting hurt because we only wear gear on our legs. Goalies can get broken noses, fingers, ribs. I have played goalie before and I have had many broken fingers and noses. The offence has a chance of getting hurt too. There is this video on youtube for a guy being kicked in the head, and dying from it in soccer.

Plus, football (in my opinion) is barbaric and is interrupted way to much. Soccer, there's always something happening. :) And soccer players aren't wrestling each other for the ball. They just kick each other for it. :P

At my school the football players call the soccer players Foot Faries. Or, they used to. I havn't really heard it lately. But, I agree with you. I mean, my crush is the goalie. He has even told me that he hurt in 3 places from playing this one game. And then he had to go out and play again after school that day that he told me. Football players wear excessive amounts of protective gear, wear tights, and tackle on top of each other on the ground for the ball that isn't even a ball. I usually think soccer is a slow sport, so I usually don't like watching it, but it's a hell of a lot more interesting than football. In my opinion, soccer players are manlier than football players. There's a reason football is only played in the US. Soccer is the #1 sport around the world. Hmm, I wonder why *sarcasm, lol*
