I have Montrails

The best running shoes for me is saucony. I have spikes with that brand, and running shoes for practice for cross country. But it really depends on the person because we all have different feet.
-
True. You're in cross country? I'd like to do that, but it might get in the way of volleyball ;_;

I agree with DaughterOfApollo. I have Saucony running shoes and spikes, and they're both awesome. Other brands that are good are Asics, Brooks, and New Balance.
The only brand to really beware of is Nike. Ever since they switched to primarily basketball shoes, their running shoes have decreased in quality. -
Yeah. I had to sit out of cross country for two years though because I hurt both of my shins, but now I'm back to running with no pain, so I'm really happy about that. Volleyball and cross country are in the same season, so if your school is like mine, then you can only do one sport per season. Unless if there's a volleyball club that you can join in the spring.
I agree with you. Nike's running shoes suck. Horrible arch support. Avoid them at all costs. Just don't even give them a second glance. -
the ones i use are the kind the tour guid gives you in cherrygrove.
thats right. i really just made that refrence.
