Cheer leading is a sport, but when school cheerleaders (like mine) don't do anything but yell, be annoying, and can't even kick their legs up to their waist, then it doesn't become a sport. I could be a cheerleader and make varsity without having any cheer experience. Competitive cheer leading is awesome though. I think that those are the "real" cheerleaders because they're really flexible.

Yeh. Well, I remember when I posted this. Thank you Likeable Troll (I got here from clicking on his post)! Anyways, I WAS joking. But trust me, you don't want to get in a cheer-leaders biz.
-
*please don't hate me or murder me in my sleep with your pom poms* personally I think that cheerleading was invented as an excuse for athletes to stare at girls in short skirts and tight tops jumping around in the air .
-
Cheerleaders..wear slutty outfits with no underwear and throw around pom poms and scream letters like "Y-O-U-P-I-E-C-E-S-O-F-S-H-I-T! What does that spell? You pieces of s---! Now go break a leg! Literally!"

Bunny... That's what I'm gonna call you from now on... That's what happened at my school... Were you EVER a cheer-leader? You seem to have grudge...
-
Jenniferdu NoviceI want to cheerlead, but I don't think I'm flexible enough to do the job.
-
My school cheerleaders come in a wide variety... Snobby b----es, super nice, cool and active in student government girls, very flexible girls who like to show off at random times, girls who are not flexible one bit and can't do much except yell, and then you get those ones who think they rule the school when they're only freshmen. I mean, you have to be good to make our team (we've won many championships), but at my school they're usually sluts who think they're all that and a bag of chips, and sometimes they're talentless
-
Actually, I was a cheerleader before. It sucked. It's not me who has a grudge, it's the cheerleaders who are snobby and make all the kids feel really bad about themselves. I do have experience of my own. I really do. The other cheerleaders made fun of me, just like most of them. It seems like all of them are either blonde or brunette. The blonde ones are either snobby and self-centered or f---ing dumb, and the brunettes down right ignore you.
I'm a brunette, but I wasn't like that. But the other cheerleaders were. -
There's is a huge difference between competitive cheerleading and high school cheerleading. Being a high school cheerleader is hard work, fun but what I hate is the judgements people give. Not all cheerleaders are the same. Many are smart, talented, sweet, an beautiful. Entertainment has put a stereotype of cheerleaders.

I support this sport, just like any sport that is based around half naked ladies running around bouncing their breasts.

That's not what cheerleading is about...Cheerleading is about the love for what you're doing, dedication, responsibility, and love.
