Richard frowned, not sure what was happening. Did he want him to follow, or stay put? He stayed sitting.

Caleb glanced at Richard on his way out.

Richard looked back at him, very confused.

Caleb beckoned him to follow, then walked out.

Obviously, Richard followed. "Sorry." He said with an awkward laugh.

‘It’s okay,’ Caleb chuckled. ‘I didn’t want to be weird in front of your dad. What do you think he thought?’

Richard frowned slightly. "Nothing good." He mumbled. "Either that or he's just really cranky today, but still."

‘Oh. That’s okay, we’ll just keep us a secret from him.’

Richard gave a weak smile. "Okay." He mumbled.

‘Are you okay with that?’

Richard hesitated before nodding. "Yeah."

‘Okay,’ Caleb said, grabbing his hand.

Richard smiled.

Caleb smiled back, kissing his knuckles.

Richard blushed.
