“I know you don’t, hun,” Clay spoke softly, lifting his head. “It’s just- God, I don’t even know how to explain it…”

“Take your time, I’m listening,” George whispered, running his hand through Clay’s hair.

“I- I kind of just want to forget about it for right now,” Clay murmured, exhaling softly and hugging George closer.

“Okay, yeah, that’s okay too,”
George said with a nod, holding Clay close. -
Clay curled closer to George, exhaling softly as he slightly gripped his shirt in his hands.

“I love you,” George said softly, rubbing Clay’s back.

“I love you, too,” Clay spoke quietly, smiling a little.

George sighed softly, holding Clay close.

Clay hummed softly, his hands relaxing as he began to trace shapes on George’s back with his fingers.

George hummed happily, kissing the side of Clay’s head.

Clay smiled, moving to lay down on the couch with George.

George smiled, laying down with him and holding him close.

“You wanna watch a movie or something? I need to get all that math out of my head,” Clay said, chuckling softly.

“Sure,” George said with a smiled, nodding. “Where’s the remote-“

“Uh- On the coffee table behind you, I think,” Clay replied, sitting up a little.
