Quinn yawned softly, now leaning against Naomi’s side and rubbing her arm with her hand. “I still don’t get why you like these movies,” Briar said, sighing. “You’re not even watching the movie, you’re texting your boyfriend~” Briar blushed a little, rolling his eyes. “Piss off~” -
Naomi chuckled before turning to Quinn, trying to collect some courage. "So..." She wrapped her arm around Quinns waist, gently pulling her closer. "What now?~" She tried to stop her heart from pounding. It wasn't working, she was pretty sure the whole town could hear it.

Quinn blushed bright red, freezing up in Naomi’s arms. “U-Uhmm, w-we could watch a-another movie o-or something-“ Briar smirked, chuckling softly as he watched Quinn go into a proper, full on gay crisis.

Naomi noticed her freezing up. Maybe it was just the surprise that made her freeze, but Naomi wasn't so sure. She removed her arm completely. "Yeah, I-sounds good." I f---ed up. Oh my God I f---ed up MASSIVELY

“Uhm, I- I’m gonna go- I’m gonna use the restroom really- really quick-“ Quinn quickly stood, handing Naomi the remote. “You- You can pick the next one-“ She spoke quickly before walking off, her hands shaking. Holy f---, did she really just do that?! Was- Was she flirting with me?! What the f--- is happening?!

"Okay, see yo-" Naomi didn't even finish her sentence before Quinn left. She buried her face in her hands. "Oh s---, I ruined everything."

“What? No, of course not,” Briar spoke softly, watching Naomi. “Why do you think that?”

"You saw the way she froze up, I made her uncomfortable! And now she-she wants to get away from me because I'm a f---ing creep!"

Briar smiled sympathetically, chuckling softly. “Hun, she froze up because she’s gay as hell- She clearly likes you, so don’t freak out too much, okay? She just needs a second to calm down-“

Naomi passed. "A-are you sure?" She asked quietly, trying to keep the hopefulness out of her voice.

“I was literally the first person she came out to, so yeah, I’m pretty sure~” Briar said, chuckling softly. “From the looks of it, she really does like you~”

Naomi uncovered her face. "O-okay. Thanks."

“No problem, hun~” Briar said with a smirk, moving to stand up. Quinn came back in after a moment, walking back over to the couch. “I’m back- Sorry, just uh, needed to use the restroom,” she spoke nervously, trying to keep the blush off her face.
