Connor stopped, chuckling softly as he rested his hands on top of Evan’s. “I guess I’ll take one later, then,” he said, leaning back into his touch a little.

“No, please don’t leave,” Evan said quietly, resting his head on Connor’s shoulder.

“I won’t leave, baby, don’t worry,” Connor spoke, lifting one hand and rubbing it through Evan’s hair.

“Okay,” Evan said softly, exhaling quietly. “Will you tidy up with me?”

“Of course, hun~” Connor replied, nodding with a smile.

Evan smiled a little bit, letting go of Connor and moving under the sink and grabbing the paper towels and surface cleaner. He handed it to his boyfriend, taking another sip of his wine. “Will you wipe down the counter?”

Connor nodded and took the cleaning supplies, spraying down the countertops and wiping them down.

Evan walked into their room, coming o ur a few moments later with their bedsheets, heading to the washing machine they had down the hall.

Connor hummed softly, continuing to clean off the counter.

Once he started the washer, he walked back out to Connor, taking a sip of his drink and paused, watching his boyfriend for a second. “I don’t wanna do this anymore.”

“What, cleaning? It was kind of your idea~” Connor said, chuckling softly as he looked over at Evan.

“I know, I just wanted to clean the bedsheets, they were gross,” Evan giggled quietly, taking a long sip of the wine. “But now I’m bored.”

Connor chuckled, running a hand through his hair. “Well, what do you wanna do?” He asked, putting the dirty cups in the sink.

“I don’t know,” Evan shrugged, moving to fill his glass again. “I kinda wanna take a shower, I feel like s---.”

“Then go take one,” Connor said, chuckling softly as he walked over to Evan.
