Theo grinned, waving at Ally before turning back to the painting.

Hazel chuckled and did the same. ‘How are you?’ she whispered.

"Good. How are you?"

‘I’m good.’

"That's good." Theo smiled. "Is your dad going to get mad if he sees me talking to you?" He asked, chuckling softly.

‘Yeah, probably. It’s fiiiine.’

Theo grinned. "I'll risk it."

Hazel chuckled, stepping slightly closer to him. ‘Me too.’

Theo grinned. When Hazel's dad went off of the call he immediately looked away and pretended that he didn't notice them.

Hazel looked away too.

Hazel's dad noticed how close Theo was, and knit his eyebrows together.

Hazel glanced at her dad, before looking back at the painting.

"Hey, Theo." Hazel's dad said, looking a mix between amused and ticked off.
"Hey." Theo squeaked. -
Hazel winced. She glanced at Theo, staying quiet.

"So, what exactly brings you here?"
"Oh, I just wanted a distraction and uh- figured I could use some inspiration." Theo wasn't quite sure why he was sounding so guilty considering he was telling the truth.
