Nick kissed the spot a few times, moving around his neck and finding another spot.

Karl smiled and hummed with content, gently nudging Nick away for a moment. "Hold on, I'm getting kind of warm- Lemme take off my sweatshirt," he spoke softly, starting to tug his sweatshirt off.

“Oh, okay,” Nick nodded, letting go of Karl and sitting up. He grinned, admiring his work.

Karl slid his hoodie off and set it down on the couch beside him, humming softly. He turned back to Nick, wrapping his arms around his waist. "You can continue~" He said, giggling softly.

Nick smiled, wrapping his arms around Karl and moving his head back to his boyfriend’s neck, trying to find a spot. He moved one of his hands to Karl’s hip, the other sneaking under his shirt and resting on his stomach.

Karl flushed and hesitated, his hand hovering over Nick's that rested on his stomach. "N-Nick, hun?" He asked softly, resting his hand on the ravenette's.

“Yes?” Nick said softly, hearing the hesitancy in Karl’s voice and lifting his head to look at the brunette.

"I uh- Can you not-" Karl gently moved Nick's hand away from his stomach, a nervous look on his face. "I just- I don't like it when I'm touched there- Like, I- I don't know how to- to explain it, but it- it makes me uncomfortable..."

“Okay, yeah,” Nick quickly moved his hand to Karl’s side. “That’s okay. I won’t do it again, I’m sorry,” He pressed a soft kiss on his cheek.

Karl exhaled and leaned into Nick's touch, a small smile on his face. "Thank you, darling," he spoke softly, sighing. "I- I promise, it has nothing to do with you, I just- I think it's like, something t-to do with, body image? I-I don't know."

“No, I get it, I promise,” Nick said softly, continuing to press kisses onto Karl’s cheek.

Karl smiled, hugging Nick close. "It's- It's kind of the same reason why I don't like undressing in front of people. I just, get self-conscious, I guess," he mumbled, looking at Nick. "But, I'm working on it, with my therapist. Working on gaining that self-confidence back~"

“Good,” Nick said with a small smile. “Well, I think you’re completely gorgeous. Your whole body.”
