“Okay,” Nick said softly, studying Karl softly. “Does she want to talk to me, too? Or are we just supposed to go to class?”

imsoclueless Senior"No, we can go to class," Karl replied, watching Nick for a moment. "I mean, I really just want to go home and sleep, but yeah, let's just go to class."

“Do you just want to go home?” Nick asked softly, running a hand through Karl’s hair. “I wouldn’t mind skipping, and you’re obviously exhausted.”

imsoclueless Senior"I'd love that, but I kind of need to be at the student council meeting later today to finish up the plans for prom," Karl answered, leaning into Nick's touch.

“Okay, well, I’ll walk you to your class, then,” Nick said softly, starting to walk. “Where is it, by the way?” He asked with a chuckle. The period after lunch had started a few minutes ago, and the halls were mostly empty.

imsoclueless Senior"Just down the hallway," Karl replied with a short giggle, following Nick with their hands twined. "I really am exhausted, but I need to be here for this, especially as the president."

“I know,” Nick said softly, squeezing Karl’s hand. “It won’t be too long, though. And then we can spend the rest of the day doing absolutely nothing.”

imsoclueless Senior"That sounds amazing~" Karl spoke with a smile, rubbing the back of Nick's hand with his thumb. He paused by his classroom, standing by the door. "Well, this is me," he added, looking over at Nick. "I'll see you later?"

“I’ll see you later,” Nick confirmed with a nod, pressing a kiss onto Karl’s forehead. “If you change your mind, just text me, okay?”

imsoclueless SeniorKarl nodded, wrapping an arm around Nick for a moment and hugging him. "I love you~" He spoke, smiling as he let go. He waited for the response before entering his class, too lost in thought to notice the stares and looks he was receiving. Maybe- Maybe I should consider it.

Karl walked out of the student council room, exhaustion taking over. He headed out to the front of the school and to the front gates, walking over to Nick's car. He whipped out his phone, sending a text to his boyfriend.
student council meeting is

Practice had just finished and Nick was walking out with Conner. He got Karl’s text, quickly responding.

Karl exhaled and smiled, unlocking the car and getting inside. He tossed his bags into the back seat, seeing his broken board. He sighed, frowning at it for a moment.
