the star of northland.
we set the scene in a dystopian, sci-fi, high tech universe, a world filled with humans and droids, servants to their fleshy counterparts. C1, an optimistic, overly friendly and caring person, has been famous their whole life, ever since "aftershock 14", a huge earthquake that hit the city when they were 5, causing them to lose their arms. a photo of their father saving them had made the press, making their family even more famous than it already was, considering C1's father bought a company that made one of the many droid brands. but C1 doesn't care about their fame, their money that their dad gets for them. they never asked to be popular, so they lash out, doing things they aren't supposed to. one of those things C1 did is kiss a droid. which almost lands them in jail, but their father manages to get them out of the trouble and off scot-free.
and then they happen to bump into C2, quite literally. like, they fell off the apartment building C1 lives in and landed on them. C2, a secretive and untrusting person, is a wanted fugitive for murder, but they've been set up. while they never committed murder, they are on the run from someone called "The Huntress", who found C2 when they were 4 after the "aftershock 14" earthquake. but C2 ran away, despising The Huntress before since they met her. so when the two main characters meet after literally colliding with each other, C1 offers to hide C2 from the gunman after them. what happens when they both learn truths about each other? what happens when things go haywire and everything seems hopeless? what happens when they fall in love??
rp plot is based off the webtoon "The Prince Of Southland" by Chris Geroux.

i can start us off :))
Elliot panted heavily as he jumped up, pulling himself from the ledge he stood on and onto the roof of the building. He paused for a moment to catch his breath, hearing the voice of his chaser close by. He started sprinting, jumping from one building to another. He found himself on top of what seemed to be an apartment building, searching for an escape. "T think you're trapped, mate," a voice said and Elliot turned around, seeing his chaser. "Now surrender and come with me, or thing's will have to get dirty." Elliot put his hands up and stepped back a few feet, finding himself at the edge of the roof. "Come on, dude- you- you don't wanna do this, and- and you don't have to do this," he said with an anxious chuckle, glancing back at the long drop behind him. "We both know I can't back down," the man said, aiming his gun at Elliot's head. The ravenette froze and turned, facing the edge of the building. He took a deep breath and took a few steps back before launching himself off, free-falling to the sidewalk below him.

Quinn has just left his apartment, and was walking down the sidewalk, humming a cheerful tune. He brushed his blond hair out of his face, walking with a bounce in his step. He heard a whistle, like something falling, so he stopped walking and looked around.
‘What was-‘ he muttered to himself, before his eyes fell on a man, about his age, falling from the top of his apartment building, directly towards him. ‘Oh.’ -
(i forgot to add that C1's arms are like, robotic prosthetics so it makes him a cyborg (which isn't smth ppl would like in that world, so his father made him keep it hidden (also C1 and his father don't have a great relationship- like hardly at all lol)), C1 has a sibling that worked for The Huntress at one point, only after leaving to find C1's mother bc her and his father divorced (hm i wonder why, not bc the dad's a douche- lol) and C1 loves droids so he works at a droid repair shop for a very old droid u^u
