Nick chuckled. “Please. That’s stupid,” He chuckled, pressing a kiss onto Karl’s lips and yawning quietly. “But- but no, she suspected that I was gay. Did you?”

imsoclueless Senior"Honestly, a little bit," Karl replied, giggling and smiling into the kiss. "I just, never let myself believe you could ever like me. I mean, look at me. I'm not exactly society's standard for beauty," he said, his voice going quiet. He looked down at the floor, letting go of Nick and moving back. "Well uhm, I'm very glad she's okay with us being together~"

“Me too,” Nick said with a bright smile. “And, y’know, I specifically remember her saying to, y’know, continue whatever we were doing~”

imsoclueless SeniorKarl flushed red but he sat back on the bed, lost in his thoughts. "Uhm, maybe- maybe later? I uh, I'm not really feeling it right now," he said, hugging his legs to his chest. "Is it okay if we just cuddle?"

“Oh, yeah, yeah,” Nick said, his expression softening. He followed Karl onto the bed and sitting next to him. “Yeah, of course.”

imsoclueless SeniorKarl nodded and leaned against Nick's side, curling into a tight ball. He rested his head on his boyfriend's shoulder, closing his eyes and taking deep breaths as he thought. Don't think like that- You know he loves you, you know he loves you- But what if he doesn't?? What if you're f---ing delusional and he thinks you're a fatass with anger issues??? No, he- he doesn't think that! Does- does he..? Karl let out a shaky breath, bringing his hands up to cover his teary eyes.

Nick frowned, gently grabbing Karl’s hands. “Hon, are you okay?” He said softly, placing a hand on his back.

imsoclueless SeniorKarl nodded, sniffling softly. "Yeah, I'm- I'm fine, just-" He let out a quiet choked sob, unfolding his legs and leaning forward. He clung to Nick, burying his face in his chest as he cried.

Nick frowned, wrapping his arms around Karl and holding him close. He gently rubbed his back, humming quietly. “I’m here if you want to talk about anything, okay?”

imsoclueless SeniorKarl nodded again, keeping his face buried in Nick's chest. He let out another choked sob, clinging to his boyfriend.

Nick felt utterly helpless, but he sat there with Karl, holding him close and mumbling quiet affirmations to him. “I love you, Karl. I love you.”

imsoclueless SeniorKarl's sobs soon slowed to a stop and he lifted his head, sniffling. "S-Sorry, I uhm, kinda ruined your shirt," he mumbled, rubbing his eyes.

Nick frowned, quickly shaking his head and reaching over to wipe away Karl’s tears. “Karl, I don’t care about my shirt, I care about you. What’s goin on?”

Nick frowned, nodding gently. “Okay, okay, yeah, we can go to sleep, honey.” He whispered, pressing a kiss onto his forehead. He leaned over, turning the lamp off and pulling a blanket over them. “I love you, baby. I’m right here.”
