Mahina nodded and grabbed Ernest's hand again, then walked upstairs.

Ernie followed her quickly.

Mahina looked around the hallway. She'd given up on being quiet and opened all the doors, looking for Selene and Callisto.

Ernest did the same. After a bit, he found the two of them. "Mahina! Found them!" He said quickly before eyeing Callisto to make sure she didn't do anything.

Mahina ran over.

Ernie looked over at her before turning his attention back to Callisto, who was fuming. "Don't try anything." He snapped.

Mahina looked over his shoulder at Callisto.

He moved a bit so she could move. "Selene, come with us." He murmured.

Selene was in the corner of the room. She looked pretty beaten up and tired, and was holding her wand with a shaky hand. Callisto was holding her own wand, and scowled at Ernest. 'You shouldn't have gotten yourself roped into this, human.'

Ernest glared back. "You shouldn't have made a mess of things." He snapped back, offering Selene his hand.

Selene shakily took his hand, pulling herself up.

Ernie walked her out of the room slowly. "Come on, lets get out of here." He murmured.

Callisto scowled, but let them, since Mahina had her staff pointed at her head.

Ernest shut the door after. He looked at Mahina. "Is there any way we could magically lock the doors?" He asked partially to make sure Callisto wouldn't come after them immediately, and partially to be petty. Nothing sounded more satisfying than imagining Callisto locked in her own room for ages.
