Ernie followed her. Orion was checking out the bottom floor, using his wand as a light. -
Mahina looked around, walking carefully so the floorboards didn't creak.

Ernest did the same. "See anything yet?" He asked her quietly.

Mahina shook her head, holding her staff out in front of her.

Ernie sighed softly, looking to the left of him.

Mahina looked around.

They got all the way up the stairs. "Which room?" He whispered.

Mahina looked around. She slipped her spare hand into Ernest's. 'Just down the hall,' she whispered.

Ernie held her hand tight. He nodded after a bit. "Lead the way."

Mahina took a deep, shaky breath and kept walking.

Ernest squeezed her hand to try and relax her a bit, following her.

Mahina wasn't all that soothed. She pulled him closer and kept walking.

Ernie knew she wasn't. He wasn't either. They were about to walk into the room when they hear Orion yelling. "Guys! Get down here!"

Mahina looked down towards the stairs, then at the door. 'What is it?' she asked down in a hushed voice.

"I found something!" Orion said back, not exactly quietly. Ernest rolled his eyes at how easily their cover was blown before looking at Mahina.
"Are you going down?" He whispered.
