Ernest blushed, smiling.

Mahina grinned. Selene called from the kitchen, ‘Dinner!’

"Alright!" Ernie pulled away, standing up.

Mahina stood up as well.

Ernest walked over to the kitchen.

Mahina followed and sat down.
‘Nina, you never did tell us what happened at Callisto’s house,’ Selene said, setting their dinner in front of the two.
‘It’s… complicated. You guys sure took your time to come get me, though,’ Mahina said with a nervous chuckle. -
Ernie sat down as well, glancing at Mahina with a concerned look.

‘It was only, like, a couple hours,’ Selene said, rolling her eyes.
Mahina rolled her eyes back. ‘A month, at least.’
‘A month?!’ -
Ernest's eyes widened. "No way!" His jaw dropped.

Mahina looked at Ernest, then back at Selene. ‘Why? What happened?’
‘Nina, that was not a month. That was a maximum of 4 hours. Please tell me you’re joking,’ Selene said, staring at her in shock.
Mahina shook her head nervously. ‘No..’
