Mahina chuckled lightly. 'It's fine. Can you stand up yet?'

Ernie tried, and found he could, though it hurt a bit. "Yeah, I can."

'Good. Now you're going to help me with dinner if you wish to stay here the next few days.'

"Fine. What are you planning on cooking?"

Mahina checked the cupboard. 'Uhm... Lasagna.'

"Alright." Ernest stayed close to her. "What do you want me to do?"

Mahina grabbed out the cheese and some meat. 'Grab out a knife and a frying pan.'

"Alright." Ernie looked around for a frying pan after grabbing the knife. After a bit, he found it.

Mahina cut into the cheese after taking the knife and built up the lasagna on top of the frying pan. She walked outside, grabbing her matches. 'Could you grab some firewood? It's in the cupboard at the bottom.'

Ernest nodded, grabbing some firewood. "Here you go."

Mahina set the frying pan on the grass, then built a fire and lit it with her match. She grabbed a cauldron from inside and slipped the lasagna into it, then set the cauldron on the fire. 'It'll need about ten minutes,' she said, sitting down next to the fire.

"Alright, sounds good." Ernie smiled.

It was cold outside as the sun set. Mahina watched the fire crackle.

Ernie sat down on the floor, watching the flames as well.

Mahina picked at a bit of grass.
