“I wonder why.” Orion said sarcastically, watching her carefully to make sure she wasn’t hurt badly.

Mahina gave a weak smile.

Ernest kept holding her hand in his hands. “Are you alright… mentally?” He checked. It was always good to check- especially after the person you asked got locked in a room.

Mahina looked down. 'I-I think so...'

“Just checking.” Ernest ruffled her hair gently. -
Mahina smiled weakly.

Ernest smiled back.

Mahina leaned against him.

Ernie let her. He looked up at Selene and Orion. “Should we stay here for a bit?”

Selene nodded, sitting down. 'It's probably for the best we let Nina rest.'
'She can rhyme, too,' Orion smirked, sitting next to her. -
Selene rolled her eyes. Ernest held Mahina in his arms gently. “Is this alright?” He murmured.

Mahina nodded, leaning against him.

Ernie smiled softly. “Alright.”

Orion watched them, then turned to Selene. 'You wanna do that?'
'f--- off.'
'Fine.'
