“Or else what?” Astrid asked in a tone like he was too smart and important to even withstand a basic conversation with Chester. Jayden glared.
“Or else I get the guards.” He snapped. -
‘Or I can punch you,’ Chester mumbled. ‘Just get out, you little-‘

“So quick to violence.” Astrid murmured. “I doubt the reporters would approve.”
Jayden glared. “Neo!” He yelled, knowing his bodyguard had to be somewhere nearby. -
‘I doubt you’d be able to get a girlfriend as good as Jayden with a broken nose and a caved-in skull, hm?’

“Doubt Jayden would stay your boyfriend once you landed in jail for that.” Astrid responded before leaving.
(Gtg, dunno when I’ll be back, but I’ll be back!) -
Chester growled, watching him leaving. ‘The little brat!’

Jayd shut the door once Astrid left, sighing. “a--hole.” He muttered.

Chester leaned against the wall, rubbing the bridge of his nose.

Jayden stood next to him. “You ok?”

'I-I'm fine. Are you?'

Jayd didn’t believe him. I mean, obviously he wasn’t ok after that. He gave him a hug. “I’m sorry.”

Chester shook his head, hugging him back tightly. 'It's not your fault.'

“I’m still sorry.” Jayden kissed his cheek. -
