Chester smiled. He rubbed the back of his neck as he sat down.

Jayden grinned. "Thank you so much."

‘You’re very welcome,’ Chester said. He took off his coat and hung it on the back of his chair.

Jayd looked up at Chester, eating his bread bowl.

Chester started eating his quiche. ‘So, tell me something about yourself I don’t know. I want to understand you sooner rather than later.’

Jayden thought for a moment. "Hm... Like?" He asked. He was never good at thinking about random stuff about him whenever people asked.

‘Like sport, or books. Your family, or your favourite things,’ Chester said, shrugging.

There was no chance Jayd was going to talk about his family on a date. "Well, I'm practically nocturnal at this point." He said with a shrug. "Not a lot of people know that."

‘How so,’

"I don't get much sleep usually." Jayden chuckled. "I've slept really well here though."

Chester smiled slightly. ‘I wonder why.’

Jayd blushed. "Me too." He said with a teasing smile.

Chester smiled. He would’ve kissed him if not for the table between them. ‘So, what else?’

Jayden shrugged. "Uh... I used to take horseback riding lessons?" He said with a chuckle.

Chester chuckled. ‘Alright. How did that go?’
