Chester mewed again, softer this time.

Jayden tried to keep glaring. Glaring at a cat was very difficult. He didn't recommend it.

Chester mewed again and nestled up to him, nuzzling his cheek.

Jayden held him close, no longer glaring.

Chester looked up at him with his big cute innocent eyes.
