"it makes it a little more tolerable. All the rocks thrown and insults shouted make sense." Valako said

"it'll never change. I've accepted that so it's fine." Valako said

Jonah shrugged. He disagreed, but he didn't want to argue about it.

"anyways, what do you do in your free time?" Valako asked

"Go to the shops, or doodle."

"that reminds me,I can't wait to see your sketchbook next time you come over." Valako said

"Oh yeah!" Jonah said excitedly. He normally hated showing people his sketches, but he didn't mind showing Valako them. In fact, he was actually happy to show her them.

"I might actually have a dark secret now that I think of it. I accidentally stole someone's sketchbook once." Valako said. She remembered the event occasionally. It was one of her more embarrassing moments

"You won't do that with mine though- right?" Jonah said, though he didn't mind much. He didn't think his art was good enough to steal, and he had oodles of them at home.

"I would never. This girl dropped her sketchbook while running from me. I took it so that I could talk to her and give it back but she never returned to the forest." Valako said

"Oh, makes sense." Jonah said, smiling. "I'll make sure to bring mine next time-whether you try and steal it or not."

"I can't wait to see it." Valako said
