Alvin was silent for a minute. "Who's been paying you in snuggles?"

Alvin glared at Callum. "The correct answer is me."

'Pfft,' Callum scoffed.

"Rude!" Alvin swatted his paw at Callum.

'Oi!'

Alvin stuck his tongue out at Callum again.

'You're being very rude today,' Callum said with a chuckle.

"Deal with it." Alvin responded in a very sassy tone.

Callum picked Alvin up and started carrying him out of the room.

"No wait, I'm sorry!" Alvin yelled, trying to squirm out of Callum's arms. Eli was laughing so hard their sides hurt at this point.

'You're so sorry you're gonna stop acting like you pay the bills?' Callum asked.

"Sure, just don't kick me out!"

Callum set Alvin on the ground. 'Fine.'
