"Hmm...." Nik tried to think of what to do.

Natsuki continued looking through the photos and things.

Nikolai stood up, standing by Nat to see what she was looking at.

Natsuki was turning a rock in her hand. It was a smooth pebble with a pink smiley face painted on. Every birthday, the person getting older would painting a rock. It was family tradition. This was Ming's first rock.

"Aww, that's a cute smiley face." Nik smiled, looking at the pebble. "Who's is it?"

'Ming's,' Natsuki responded, running her hand along the edge.

"Aww." Nik said with a smile, kneeling on the floor so he could still see everything.

Natsuki smiled, returning the stone to the box.

Nikolai looked at the rest of the stuff in the box with a smile.

Natsuki eventually shut the lid. 'Thank you,' she repeated quietly, looking up at Nik.
