"Well, someone seems certainly ecstatic. You ready to meet your idols?" Paxton inquires, quirking an eyebrow at her.

"heck yea! what about you? are you ready?" Willow says, getting more excited by the minute.

"Yas Queen, slaaayyy~" Paxton says with the same amount of energy Willow is radiating, cheering her on in more Muggle slang.

"wat." Willow says, confused.

"Just some more Muggle slang, don't worry about it. But yes, I'm excited too. Definitely not as much as you are though." Paxton gives Willow a sheepish grin.

Willow chuckles. "sadly, we have to get through our morning classes before seeing them..." she says, face falling momentarily.

"The faster we get through our classes, the sooner we get to meet them." Paxton states.

"yup!" Willow says. as the bell for first class rings. "to herbology!" she says, standing and waiting for Paxton.

Paxton shoves a bagel into his mouth and rushes to the herbology classroom, leaving Willow behind to catch up with him.

Willow runs as fast as her little 'corgi legs' can carry her, skidding to a halt right inside the herbology class. Professor Longbottom looks up in surprise. "well, aren't you two excited for class!" he exclaims. "nope, just excited to see the Golden Trio later." Willow whispers to Paxton.
(somehow i read what Professor Longbottom said with a british accent in my mind... 0.0) -
(Well, it is hosted with all of them having British accents so-)
Paxton nods, enthusiastically. "Yep! Excited to learn whatever you'll teach!" -
"well you're in luck, we're learning about Mandrakes today!" Professor Longbottom continues, "we're not going to be planting them just yet, only learning precautions and things like that."

Paxton's facade falters, "Oh... Mandrakes, fantastic...." He says in a quiet, sarcastic tone to Willow.

"what?" Willow looks at Paxton. "is it because of what's happening later?"

"Willow, I am half deaf in one ear. I don't need to go deaf in the other. M a n d r a k e s." Paxton explains.
